Pre A2 Exam

My exam is in May.
But the lecturers are starting to rush.AGAIN.
shit.
I'm so tired of the rushing at the very last minute.
Exam is three months away and we still have not received a business textbook from the college.
The excuse? 'It's not our fault.The publisher havent finish publishing the books.'

Please, you are an experienced college administrative team okay.
Whatever team that handles these matters, I'm sure you have been handling these matters for YEARS.

DONT TELL ME NONSENSE.

IF YOU HAD KNOWN THE PUBLISHER IS GONNA TAKE SOME TIME TO PUBLISH,
WHY DON'T YOU ORDER EARLIER???
INSTEAD OF DOING IT LAST MINTUE AND BLAMING ON THE PUBLISHER.
AND YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE TAKING THE EXAM.
AND YOU KNOW THE EXAM DATE.
SO WHY CANT YOU UTILISE THIS TO UR BENEFIT?????????????????????????
